Reishi Mushroom Spray n’ Grow Kit

Simple and easy to grow Reishi mushroom grow kit.  You will be harvesting their first crop of tasty mushrooms before you know it. Everything you need to grow multiple crops of fresh edible mushrooms is included along with complete instructions.

Botanical Name:  Ganoderma lucidum

Other Common Name: Ling Chi, Monkey’s Seat

Identification:

Renowned for its health-stimulating properties, Reishi is recognized by its shiny reddish to brownish-orange varnished cap and stem. It has a white margin; concentrically furrowed

Usage:

This is not a fungi that can be eaten unless it is broken down then powdered. Then it can be used in a variety of meals, desserts and smoothies. Once broken into smaller pieces, it can be used to make tea

Nutritional Properties: 

26–28% carbohydrate, 3–5% crude fat, 59% crude fiber, and 7–8% crude protein
