In 2019 I started Think Fungi with one simple goal: teach people about mushrooms!
My name is Rob (nice to meet you!). I’m a former chef who began foraging back in 2012 and quickly fell in love with all mushrooms. Whether identifying delicious mushrooms, poisonous mushrooms, medicinal mushrooms, or growing mushrooms at home, I have done it all!
I organized the largest mycoblitz in history a few years ago, and am currently a Vice-President with the North American Mycological Association.
I just want people to appreciate these wonderful little guys as much as I do. Take a course, book a walk, or just browse my articles. I’m a one-person team, so feel free to reach out and say hi!
The course is straight forward and a great starting point for anyone getting into mushrooms for the first time. Nice touch with the culinary notes.
